IT Recruiters / Management Trainee

* An IT Recruiter is involved in end-to-end Recruitment Process. Recruitment is a strategic Management function and it is critical for the success of every organization to recruit the right candidate for the right job. A recruiter is trained to source the right candidate, and co-ordinate various recruitment and selection process until the candidate On-boards the organization.
* Candidate Profile: The right candidate for an IT recruiter should have good communication skills and be a go-getter. He/She should be persuasive and have good interpersonal skills.

Senior Technical Recruiter

* The job of a Senior Technical Recruiter involves leading a team in fulfilling the Technical recruitment objectives of the clients.
* Salary: Best in the industry. The selected candidate will be given necessary training and offered an attractive salary. They will be entitled to all statutory benefits like PF / ESI and Performance Incentive. We prefer candidates who are looking for a LONG-TERM career in our organization.
* Qualification: Graduates in B.Com, B.Sc, B.A or MBA with knowledge of Computers. Should have good academic result (60% or above % )
