Job Profile:

* Gathering, understanding the requirement from various internal customers.
* Fine tuning the requirement till it matches the expectations of the internal customers.
* Sourcing - Screening, short listing, conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with interview panel so as the interview gets conducted.
* Utilizing various sourcing methods like Job Portals, Internal Database, Web Posting, employee referrals and networking.
* Responsible for complete recruitment activities like setting expectations of the candidate, salary negotiations, and closing the offers.
