Skill Set:

* Interest to work in tech support (Application Support).
* Good awareness of any programming language.
* Should have some knowledge on relational databases using SQL scripting and some exposure on Unix/Linux systems/servers.
* Good Analytical / Good problem solving skills and Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
* Energetic and Enthusiastic.
* Teamwork and partnering abilities
* Eye for details and accuracy.
* Need only Male candidates.
* Work timings would be shift bases.

Job Profile:

* Provide functional and application support to customer across regions in multi-shift mode.
* Develop sound technical and architectural understanding of the product
* Develop a customer centric approach and ability to multi-task.
* Work in close co-ordination with Development team.
* Coordinate with Tier-3 support team and development team in analyzing complex product issues.
