Job Description:

TSE will respond to queries via Emails, Online Chat and Voice.

He/She will review and research issues, redirect users to existing solutions in our support knowledge base whenever available and provide step-by-step troubleshooting suggestions to resolve functional problems in a timely manner.

Technical Support Engineers (Fresher & 1+ year experience in an International BPO)

We are looking for candidates with Computer Science background having strong communication Skills (written / Oral).

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Aptitude and attitude towards customer problems and their solutions

Must be a fast learner

Must have excellent communication skills

Solving technical issues over the e-mail / Chat / Voice

Must have knowledge on SOHO Networking products / Desktops & Laptops / Operating Systems.

Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Exposure to MS Excel

Candidate should have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve technical issues through self research and analysis.

Training will be provided for Freshers.

Freshers MUST have atleast one certification (e.g MCP / MCSE / CCNA etc)
